I, JANE DOE, District Judge of the Parish of Peine De Mort, State of Louisiana, do hereby certify:
1. That there is now being tried in the District Court of Peine De Mort, Parish the capital criminal prosecution of JOHN CLIENT.

2. That I. SEENIT, 4738 Witness Boulevard, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is a necessary and material witness for the defense at Mr. CLIENT's trial starting March 1, 1993, at 09:00 a.m.
